International Partnership Satisfaction Survey
The collaboration between the University of Jember and its international partners has been carried out and implemented. The partners rated their satisfaction at an average of 4.30 on a Likert scale (out of 5), indicating a fairly high level of satisfaction. However, some aspects require attention for improvement, particularly regarding the intensity of regular communication with partners and the efforts of the University of Jember to address issues related to partners’ access to the university by providing good services and facilities during their travel to Jember.
