Western Australia – East Java University Consortium (WAEJUC) proposed the International Enrichment Program on September 6 – 15, 2024. The International Enrichment Program combines:
- Academic Component: Includes specialist lectures and interactive workshops at the five Western Australian universities.
- Competition: Students will present their learning outcomes and ideas to further strengthen the WAEJUC in a 3-minute presentation.
- Social and Cultural Component: A customised social and cultural program that showcases Perth and provides opportunities to interact with Western Australian university students and academia.
Program Fee per student: The fee per student is A$1,000 covering airport transfers (arrival & departure), Academic program, 5 x on-campus lunches (Monday to Friday), Transport to and from each university campus and afternoon cultural events, Entry to organised events (i.e. AQWA, Caversham, Fremantle Prison), A staff member to accompany the group on afternoon cultural activities,
The Program fee excludes: Accommodation, Travel and associated costs e.g. visa costs. Note: participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, All meals (exc. the 5 x on-campus lunches), Events not included in the program.
