The Ministry of Education and Culture has opened the MBKM Program with the name Merdeka Learning Scholarship for All (MBUS). The MBUS scholarship program aims to provide opportunities for students and lecturers. And education staff at various State Universities (PTN) and Private (PTS) as well as the general public to be able to take courses from various top domestic PTN/S, and well-known foreign universities for free.

The MBUS Scholarship Program is given to students, lecturers, education staff, and the general public to enrich the learning experience through taking free online courses from leading universities (PT) at home and abroad. Especially for students, in the end, apart from improving their abilities and skills, they also provide learning experiences at other PTs from within and outside the country which will improve the quality of students to become reliable graduates.
