The International Office of Universitas Jember is pleased to invite applications from eligible students to participate in the Student Exchange Program at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) for the Fall Semester 2025 (Academic Year 2025/2026).
This program offers a unique opportunity to study abroad, experience a new culture, expand your academic knowledge, and build international networks.
Program Overview
- Host University: Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)
- Program Duration: 1 semester or 2 semesters
- Semester Dates: 6 October 2025 – 15 February 2026
- Language of Instruction: English
Important Dates
- Application for Nomination deadline: 3 June 2025
- Nomination Deadline by International Office: 10 June 2025
- Application Deadline to USM: 15 June 2025
- Internal Application Deadline (to IO): 3 June 2025
Eligibility Criteria
- Active undergraduate student (minimum 3rd semester at the time of program)
- Minimum GPA of [insert requirement based on your university policy]
- Good command of English (TOEFL/IELTS may be required by USM)
- Strong motivation and readiness to engage in international academic activities
Required Documents for Nomination Application
- Academic transcript in English
- Copy of passport
- CV/Resume
- Motivation Letter
- English proficiency certificate (if required)
- Financial Letter (The ability for financially support during the program)
- Nomination Form (to be processed by the International Office)
