The University of Jember (UNEJ) is pleased to announce an opportunity for its students to participate in the Exchange Program for the Spring 2027 Semester at the Prefectural University of Hiroshima (PUH), Japan.
The International Office of the Prefectural University of Hiroshima has officially shared the Guide for the Exchange Program, inviting students from its partner universities to apply for the upcoming Spring 2027 semester.
Students who are interested in joining the program are encouraged to carefully review the application procedures and requirements outlined in the program guide.
Important Application Deadlines
The application process for the Spring 2027 Exchange Program has been revised. Applicants should take note of the following important deadlines:
- Application for Selection by University of Jember: September 20, 2026
- Nomination Deadline by Prefectural University of Hiroshima: October 2, 2026
- Application Deadline by Prefectural University of Hiroshima: October 30, 2026
Students are advised to prepare and complete all required documents before the deadlines, as incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Prior Consultation for Research-Based Applicants
Prior consultation will be conducted for all graduate students, as well as undergraduate students who wish to receive research guidance from the Faculty of Bioresource Sciences.
This consultation aims to match prospective applicants with appropriate research areas and academic supervisors. Eligible applicants are required to submit a nomination list together with the Prior Consultation Form, using the prescribed format.
Additional Required Documents
Applicants are also required to submit a Letter of Financial Support, which has been newly added to the list of required application documents.
