Fully Funded Opportunity: New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program in Taiwan 2026

Jember, Indonesia – National Quemoy University (NQU), Taiwan, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2026 New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program, a prestigious initiative sponsored by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This program offers an exceptional opportunity for international students to experience academic learning, cultural exchange, and professional exposure in Taiwan under a fully funded scheme.

Program Overview

The program is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of cross-strait relations and international affairs while enhancing their Mandarin language proficiency. Hosted by National Quemoy University, participants will engage in academic courses, industry visits, and cultural activities within a dynamic international environment.

NQU invite international students to apply and take part in this enriching academic and cultural experience at NQU. Participants who are admitted to the program will receive a comprehensive scholarship package that includes:

  • Nomination Period: June 24-27, 2026
  • Issuance Letter of Recommendation by Vice Rector: June 28, 2026
  • Application Deadline：June 30, 2026 at 15:00
  • Interview and Announcement：July
  • Arrive Taiwan：Early September
