UNEJ has two institutions that support academic activities not only for students but also lecturers in the area of research and community services (LP2M) and in the area of Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LPMPP). Along with these two, the university has several academic supporting units including, Library, Center of information technology and computer, Agrotechnopark, Language center, Medical Center, Publisher, Innovation center and integrated laboratory, General Courses (BSMKU), and Archive Unit, besides the facilities to support the extracurricular activities such as sport facilities (stadium, basketball, football, volleyball, tennis, badminton, etc.)
