Established since 18 Juli 1984, the Bachelor of Management Program with the motto “Sustainable Business Environment” is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to lead and innovate in a rapidly changing global business landscape. Students will thrive in a dynamic learning environment that blends theory with practice, preparing them for impactful careers. The curriculum integrates core management principles with a strong emphasis on sustainability, ethical decision-making, and environmental stewardship. Students will explore topics such as sustainable supply chains, corporate social responsibility, the importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, green marketing, and eco-friendly business practices. Through case studies and projects, the program fosters critical thinking and practical application, preparing graduates to create value for organizations while promoting long-term environmental and social well-being. Course Description
This course explores the intersection of leadership and innovation, equipping students with the knowledge to drive organizational change and foster creativity. Topics include leadership theories, the characteristics of innovation leaders, and the role of power and behavior in leadership. Students will examine the importance of innovation strategy, leading in creation, and developing customer-centric solutions. Through case studies, the course highlights how to attract, develop, and retain innovation leaders. By combining theory with real-world examples, students will gain insights into how creativity, change, and leadership drive innovation in organizations.
