The International Office of Universitas Jember invites all active undergraduate students to join the 2026 Mandarin Summer Camp at Da Yeh University (Taiwan). This two-week program offers an opportunity to learn Mandarin while experiencing Taiwanese culture and campus life. Program will be on 22 July – 4 August 2026 (2 Weeks) and Located at Da Yeh University, Taiwan
Why You Should Join
This program is more than just a language course—it is a comprehensive international experience that combines:
- Intensive Mandarin language classes (for beginners and above)
- Engaging cultural workshops, including calligraphy, traditional crafts, and culinary activities
- Field trips, including visits to iconic destinations such as Sun Moon Lake
- Exposure to Taiwan’s higher education environment
- Opportunities to build international networks with students from various countries
At the end of the program, participants will receive an official certificate from Da Yeh University.
Participants will engage in a structured schedule that includes:
- Daily Mandarin classes and placement tests
- Cultural activities such as:
- Plant dyeing
- Calligraphy
- Fabric painting
- Herbal balm and tea spray DIY
- Final presentation and closing ceremony
- Cultural excursions and free exploration time
Program Fee & Financial Support
Thanks to a 50% subsidy from the Taiwan Ministry of Education, students only need to pay:
IDR 6,000,000 (approx. 12,000 NTD)
This fee includes:
- Tuition and learning materials
- Accommodation (campus dormitory)
- Meals (3 times daily, halal)
- Airport pick-up and drop-off
- Cultural activities and excursions
- Participation certificate
Not included: Round-trip flight tickets (~IDR 6,000,000) and Visa application fee (~IDR 750,000)

- Active undergraduate (S1) students of Universitas Jember
- Must have a valid passport (Passport should be ready before 30 April 2026)
