The University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) is now accepting nominations and applications for its Student Exchange Program for the Fall Semester of 2025 and the Spring Semester of 2026.
As one of the leading academic institutions in the Philippines, UPLB is internationally recognized for its excellence in agriculture, forestry, environmental science, and related disciplines. The program provides an exceptional opportunity for international students whose academic interests align with these areas to benefit from UPLB’s expertise, facilities, and research environment.

For the Fall Semester of 2025, the nomination deadline is 30 September 2025, with the application deadline on 15 October 2025. Partner institutions and interested students are invited to complete the nomination through the official Google form link provided by UPLB (Google link).
Applicants are also required to accomplish the designated forms and submit the following documents through their International Office, LPMPP, University of Jember:
- Application form (Non-Degree Application Form for undergraduate students)
- Three (3) identical 1×1 ID photos printed on photo paper (to be brought to UPLB)
- English-translated birth certificate
- Proof of financial support (bank certificate from the student, parent, or scholarship sponsor)
- Photocopy of passport information page
- Original copy of transcript of records (academic records)
- Personal history statement form
