The Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP), launched by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, invites international and overseas Chinese students to participate in short-term professional internships at Taiwanese universities. This program offers valuable research experience and exposure to the Asian job market.
The College of Medicine at Chang Gung University welcomes applicants to join research projects in diverse fields, including Nanomedicine, Inflammatory Disease, Biosensors, Cancer, Disease Prediction, Virology, Stem Cell Biology, and Chinese Medicine. Students may choose research topics based on their interests and directly contact the project supervisors. The university also provides on-campus dormitory accommodations.
Program Information:
- Monthly stipend: Approx. USD 500
- Duration: 2 to 6 months
- Accommodation: On-campus dormitory guaranteed at about USD 70/month per person (4-person suite)
- Cultural exposure: A great opportunity to experience Taiwanese academic life and culture. A visit to our teaching hospital, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, will be arranged.
- The TEEP program is valid until the end of 2025, and applicants should first reach out directly to the project leader mentioned in the Topic of internship below. As placements are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, early application is strongly encouraged to secure funding.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth research experience in Taiwan while preparing for future academic or professional careers in Asia.
Apply now and join Chang Gung University for an enriching internship experience under TEEP.
