We are pleased to announce that the National Quemoy University (NQU) has launched of the “New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program,” sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan). This prestigious program is designed to strengthen educational and cultural exchange between Taiwan and countries in the New Southbound region.
NQU invite international students to apply and take part in this enriching academic and cultural experience at NQU. Participants who are admitted to the program will receive a comprehensive scholarship package that includes:

- RECOMMENDATION LETTER FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT BY THE DIRECTOR OR SENIOR PROFESSOR OR THE INTERNATIONAL OFFICE IN YOUR UNIVERSITY (OR COLLEGE) (Will be provided for those who pass the university nomination, signed by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs)
- ADDITIONAL SUPPORTING MATERIALS (e.g., awards, certificates, language proficiency test certificates, or any other relevant documents – especially TOEFL or Chinese language proficiency certificates).
