We are pleased to share with you the Guide for the Exchange Program for the Fall 2025 Semester. If you are interested in participating in this exchange opportunity, please review the following important information and deadlines:

- Nomination and Application Process
- Beginning with the Fall 2024 semester, students must be nominated in advance.
- The nomination list must be submitted by April 16, 2025.
- The deadline for the submission of all required application documents is April 30, 2025.
- Applications will not be accepted if the required documents are not fully submitted by the deadline.
- Faculty of Regional Development Studies
- Please note that English-taught classes are not available for this faculty.
- Students with Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level or higher may attend classes in Japanese and are welcome to apply for the exchange program.
DOWNLOAD Application FORM. Once you complete to fill in the application form and provided all required documents, please submit to Pusat Layanan dan Kemitraan Internasional – by April 11, 2025.
The required documents are:
- Study Purpose & Plan (To be submitted as a Word file)
- Letter of Recommendation
- Transcript
- Certificate of Enrollment (Certificate of Student Registration)
- Document certifying English/Japanese Language Proficiency such as TOEFL/JLPT score report
- Health Certificate (English or Japanese)
- Photocopy of your passport (Bio page only)
- Application of “Certificate of Eligibility” (To be submitted as an Excel file)
- Data of ID photo (4cm×3cm) *To be submitted as an JPEG file
Please number the file names of the attachments from 1 to 9 and submit 2 to 7 as PDF files.
